just picked up 99 civic ex i have a new problem. the dash lights flicker and srs light flashes on for 3 seconds and then goes off. it countinues thus pattern several times. looking to see if there is a fix i could do on this....thank you in advance

 

im not sure about the dash lights but maybe someone left the srs service connector jumped

& its tellin u that u have a code 3
