I want to put Rota Track R's on my civic! How do you read this section

Size Bolt Pattern Offset
16X7 4X100 40
4X108 38
4X114.3 40
5X114.3 40

So which one would fit my civic comfortably...

Correct me if i'm wrong now bolt pattern is how many bolts it takes to lock in my the tires so civics come in 4 unless modified... Now offset i have no idea what dat is?

Now lets say I purchased this rim now which size tire should I go with I want tires that are mostly all weather it rains and snows alot where I live!

 

well unless you have itr suspension your bolt pattern in 4 x 100. 16x7's will fit nicely.

 

on my 99 civic I have 16x7 rims with Yokohama 205/16/45 avid 4s. They are really nice in wet, but I don't know about snow. They also have a very nice look to them with the 16s.
