Tranny and LSD qustion... (GOOD FINAL GEAR)

I have a b17a1 92 gsr... and in 5th @ 100k am ravin 3500

1. Whats a good LSD for b18c1 or b17a1 tranny? and are they the same?
because i think gear ratio is different...

2. can i change my final gear to longer one? so when am takin road trips i won't be ravin the **** out of my car?

a quaife lsd is good (dunt know if i spelled that right)
and for a 5th gear just put in a ls 5th
