main bearing question

main bearing question
i was looking at some bearings on horsepowerfreak and the toga ones are available in standard, 10 over, and 20 over. i was just wondering what does that mean. anyone could help me on this?

it is a thicker bearing, like if you spun a bearing a screwed up your crank, you could have it reground and put one of those thicker bearings in it
