hi, im hoping to get some help with this problem. before i stored the '85 corolla gts (i know i know, its not a honda) for winter, it just started to screw up as in the engine is unable to rev past 1500 rpms. Now that winter is almost over, i'd like to start driving again and would like to fix this problem asap.

anyone experienced this problem on their honda engines before? could it be a timing issue?
