Taillight problem!!

I bought an 89 DX that had no wiring harness it in so i put the 91 DX wiring harness that i had and now when i connect the battery the tail lights are always on......

the wiring in an 89 and a 91 are slightly different..compare your old one to your new one and make your own harness..that's what i had to do for SiR taillights.
