Spring rate for 17" rims

Spring rate for 17" rims
I have a 97 hatch with H&R Race springs. The drop is 2.5" front and 2.75" rear, I have 205/50/15 Si rims right now the have no tire gap. Is it possible to have 17" rims with this drop rate?
