Default fresh SOHC ZC cam/rod/spring questions

Have the 251-0014 Crane cam to go into my 90 CRX Si w/a non-VTEC SOHC ZC, would the stock 137mm ZC connecting rod work w/the P29 piston in this setup or need a shorter one? Need to be running @ least 11:1 compression here and also wondering about which valve spring set to use here . . . so close and yet so far. Don't want to spend unnecessarily finding wrong parts when can go w/the right stuff in the first place - this burns me up when I have done this in the past. ggrrrrrr . . . . . .
tiafah (thanks in advance for any help)

yes, stock rod will work with P29 piston - compression ratio with D16Y8 head gasket would be 11.08:1

Crane specs for that cam says: "Use new stock springs."
