Default NGK I-Ridium/NGK Platinum-Dealer Rip off

Hi, I have a 01 with 102K miles on it and haven't changed my plugs. I did some research on the old threads and OEM Platinum are the way to go for quality plugs and life span. I called up my local dealer and they want $19.95 a plug. I went on ebay and found some for $12.95 and $6.59 shipping http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

At the same time I also saw these I-Ridium plugs which on paper seem really good, and they are only $15 more. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

I know dealership or stealership can be pricey, but there is a huge variance. What do you guys recommend?

Thank you in advance for your time

Screw iridium/platinum.

Bkr7e-11. Copper, right gap and just change them more. Less than 2 bucks each.

I use them on my 12.5:1 CR ITR and change them every oil change.

I haven't changed my own plugs, but have done other engine repairs. I know i can do it myself. What is the right gap for a fairly stock engine (AEM Cold Air, Straight 2.5 pipe with Apex N1 Exhaust) and the torque specs?
