Default Worth it? doable? cheap all motor d15

well... currently i'm building my first n/a engine... i had two turbo sohc... one d16z6-t and a f22a6-t, it was fun... one got stolen, the other, i spun a rod bearing

The build i'm doing is a d16z6, with p29, zex 59300, spring retainer, "self" porting (yeah... lol) on intake(y8), "self" head porting, gsr TB, chipped p28, i already have dataloging on it... i have a wideband and a ostrich along with crome pro... looking to get something near 140whp first then i'll see

Ok now the big question, after this project i'd like to build a smaller engine but for really cheap (less than 500$ engine include) to put in a winter beater. I think it could have be something like that but i'm not sure if it would work well:

d15b7 block (deck 0.06" since the p29 piston sit in the block)
d15b7 head (complete engine... anywhere from zero to 200$)
p29 piston (worth 150$ on ebay.. with rings, cheaper than buying any other dome piston)
2 layer head gasket (already have)
z6 intake manifold (already have)
delta 272 camshaft (already have)
cheap cam gear (since the block is decked...) (worth 50-60$?)
chipped p06 (already have)

what do you guys think? Any comments or advice?
