Default Need advice on tranny product

Hey guys, I was browsing jdmhondaparts.com and noticed they're selling something called "AZ differential shims" they say it converts non-lsd differential into lsd. just wondering if it's really that simple. also if anyone knows anything about this brand since i have never heard of them, all info would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

A link is always appreciated

Shims are just used when replacing the diff. You will still need a diff. I think most people use the honda shims if they do decide to replace them.

http://www.jdmhondaparts.com/images/az.diff-shims_1.jpg

new items page (as of 5/16/02) fifth entry from top.

"AZ differential shims...
• Convert your factory non-LSD differential into an LSD with these shims by AZ. $150.00"

I donno it looks alot like the Phantom Grip to me. And I wouldn't waste my money on the Phantom Grip. Anyone have any experience with these AZ diff shims? It would suck if it got a bad rep only because it looks like a Phantom Grip unit. Heck who knows it might work well, but I'm staying with the Quaife for my car.
