Default H22 into a crx

just like the title says guys...my friend offered me a mint h22 for 700 bucks and i'm really considering the deal. The problem is i'm only familiar with b series swaps n d series....i dont know too much about the h series. i know i'm going to be called dumb n told to search but i would like to hear some input from you guys. What tranny would i use? is there a cable tranny available or would i need to change to hydro? also mounts, where would i find h22 mounts for ef? n linkage, where would i get dat? n i'm guessing ill use a prelude ecu?

hasport.com

and for tranny you can use b series as long as you get that adapter plate...just search for the plate...there where few threads here about using a b tranny on a h motor

*The only place that will do for your EF H22 needs*

The EF H22A motor mount kit is $474 shipped US...it includes the following and is damn steal...EF h22a motor mount kit, clutch cable/hydro conversion lever system, choice of H or D series alternator kits, detailed instructions.

If you want our Packaged Deal it's $780 shipped US and comes with everything above and our EF H22A traction bar system. Which is a must because the stock cross member will not work with any EF H22A swap. It replaces the stock cross member and has a lot advantages including preventing wheel hop and strengthening the front end.

Our kit clears the usdm hood...requires no firewall hitting...uses only 1 custom axle not 2...and uses the good Accord midshaft and integra axle combo that is not **** to problems like the other kits that use the Prelude midshaft and Prelude axle combo.... a lot of advantages and for the cost...it's a no brainer....

I have done the swap a few times now from A to Z I am here to assist as well through the swap...I wont leave you hanging and be like huh what?....

The Hasport kit is not one of their best-engineered setups.
As far as transmissions, there are only hydraulic-clutch H- and F-series transmissions. If you have a quality shop do the fab work, you will find that a cable shifted h22 transmission feels awesome in an EF chassis... Compared to the same setup in my Prelude, the shifter is like butter. Blacktrax. Hasport.

With the Hasport kit, my ViS SiR-style hood is spaced up and it still rubs!

Here's a thread that shows my experience with an H22 swap using Hasport mounts, the FiberImages SiR hood cleared the engine:

P.S. I had to part the car & still have several items that could make your swap easier- Shift linkage, Rywire harness, Hasport mounts if you want to go that route etc. Linked to in my sig.
