dont get the intake manifold, it wont do anything for you.
get a p28 or p72 and get hondata, then get it dynotuned with everything else you listed and you will beable to get there.

Hytech is a good header. I would get an Iceman CAI over the aem V2. Had them both and decided to keep the Iceman. The Skunk 2 IM will work when used with their Cams. Do not waste money on a Greddy. Get a Magnaflow exhaust system. 2.5 inches would be good. Port and polish the head. To make maximum use of the Pro 2 cams, at least get Type S pistons.

The Euro R seems like a lot of work to make fit on the Lude. I see your point though, nobody has complained about losing power with the Euro R.

the only way you will be able to hit those kind of numbers NA is with a custom header from RMF or SMSP, a full custom exhaust. Also there is no way to get there with a stock compression h22. You are gonna have to at least get a bump up in compression.

Don't get flat valves. 240whp is a number not easily obtained. Most of what has been said should yeild good results but it will probably take more serious modifications to reach such a higher power level

You may need to go with sleeves. Unless you go with the mahle golds.

I'm still amazed how much torque that thing puts down. It's putting down more trq at redline than I am hp!

- hytech*. very good, i would keep this or try smsp/rmf.
- ditch the v2 and go for bpi flow stack
- ditch the skunk2 im for euro r im
- iono much about the skunk2 pro2 cams. i have heard good things about crower and even better things about JUN, get the JUN if you have the dough.
- greddy evo 2, ditch this exhaust and get a full custom 2.5" with test pipe or high flow cat.

-what else you need: hondata and tune/dyno.

with that, you'll probably be >200whp on most good condition h series engines.

i just saved you a bunch of wasted money and headaches.

RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH.

just because everyone else has it and "claims" they make power doesn't mean they do. from experience all the skunk2 stuff i've had were crap. they market well without a well built product to back it up.

and 240whp is a tall order for an NA. i'd be more realistic and shoot for 220~230.

im pretty stuck on stock sleeves and 240 whp.
good info on the bolt ons and cams. i think i will go jun. has anyone done the f23 crank? where would i get the rods? and i havent heard much on the mahle pistons, are they good on the coated sleeves? i was gonna just stroke a little and type s, shave the head some to reach 12-1 cr, and people are getting better numbers with custom exhaust rather than cat-backs? and i heard the euro-r looses mid range torque to gan high end hp. but if itll do me better than my sk2 im, im for it. tanks guys yall are awsome. if you find anything to help me ou, let me know.

With a F23 crank you would need custom compression height pistons. Somebody correct me if I am wrong.

i reminber pirate said once a while ago that this combo should work

97 s2000 pistons should come out to the correct height and their the same 87mm bore
and frm compatible for the 98mm crank

unless you really know what your doing with calculating the dimensions of your bottom end, don't even bother with the 97mm crank idea.

you want 240hp, that shouldn't be ridiculously hard, just expensive. How about you call a good shop (RLZ, DFE, pocketrockets, etc), and have them build you a 240whp h22. If you build it yourself, I doubt you will get 240hp out of it.

Hytech is a awesome header I know this for a fact because I have them on my nitrous lude. They make great power I am not knocking SMSP or RMF but hytech is a great header. That comment was BS

I would say expletive no to Mahle due to what I have personally seen with my own two eyes. Type-s pistons are made for H22 and will work for sure why chance it.

Just my 2cents but I don't shyt
