Half-shaft Q's

i ripped my half-shafts on my 1998 civic ex. d16y8 5-speed. just was wondering how much fluid i half to buy for the transmission?

any help is appricated

fill to it runs out.. which is just under 2 qts.. over fill it and let it run out.. btw this is the same way you fill most manual transmission, differentials and transfercases
