parts for mpfi and mini me

my friend is swappin a b16a2 in his 96ex ...could i get all the parts i need from him to do the mini me and mpfi swap

Yes. You would skip the parts on the MPFI writeup's about the injector resistor box, and of course you would have to wire up the additional supplies for VTEC and OBD-1 if you want to run 100% efficiently.
