Default Ball Joint maintence ?

Hi guys,

I'm a average joe with a 92 accord, and i just want to get some feed back from the experts about how many miles should you change your ball joints ( top and bottom)? I have about 120k on the vehicle. should I change my top ones too? Appreciete all your advise.

Thanks,

NGU

I changed mine on my Civic at 111,000 miles but only because the threading was messed up. Ball joints aren't something I'd think about until a problem arose, sorry.

theres no point to change them unless they are worn out. make sure theres still grease in the boots, and if you can, grease them up. Check for play, if they move too much, then replace them, if not leave them alone.
