first recommendation, use periods and commas once in a while.

Take off the negative terminal on the battery for a couple of minutes and put it back on. That's how you reset an ECU.

General rule of thumb, always take off the negative terminal on the battery when workign on something involoving electronics.

i took both off for about 15 mins and the check engine light still comes on. It has a tight gear shift i'm guessing the sensor for the transmission isn't working i know the abs isn't working and the windows still don't work can the dealer fix this problem or is there another way?

you said it yourself, maybe he unhooked a fuse? so then retrace your steps and hook back what he undid. or maybe he blew something? my friend was messing around with his wires tryna get some lights in his car and he short circuited the damn thing. none of the lights nd shiz came on at all. if you don't know what you're doing.. get someone who does. good luck.
