Default 4th gen S model brake line thread sizes

wow ok, since autozone is complete retarded, im hgaving trouble fininding what size thread i need, i was told 4.7mm but apparently thats wrong, they lined up and threaded it but im asuming theres a few thousends of an inch because itle slowly leak, after putting all these lines in and bleeding the brakes alone manualy to find this out i was pissed hah, anyways i think somone on here said maybe 10mm threads? can anyone clear this up cant find it anywere, i was gunna drop motor in today to find a puddle of brake fluid on the floor. thanks

Just take an OEM brake fitting and get one with the same thread size and pitch...I've done it that way twice before. If you still can't get it you can always put some JB Weld on the threads before you screw it in.

lol jb weld. just hope you never have to do any brakework again. the oem honda lines arent too expensive new and they are guaranteed to work.

bah i dont have a thread pitch gauge and i brought the old ones to autozone and napa and they gave my obviously wrong sizes. honda wants about 50-60$ a line, and id need 4 for the complete fronts, 2from mc to valve then 2 from valve to calipers, so thats over 200$ not including tax, were you finindg these cheap line haha

i went to hondaautomotiveparts.com and they were like 20 for each front line and i used the back lines i had already
