i bought ebay headers

Default i bought ebay headers

i put them on ( easy, even for the first time doing headers) first thing i noticed is that my o2 sensor wont fit where the bung on the header is.. beasue the sensor hits my fan. besides that.. when i start it up it sounds fine. but twhen i give ti a little gas.. it crackles a **** load till i get to 5k rpm..... is it the headers?

Crackles? Trying to translate from broken description I'll have to say something is loose and rattling, or there is a leak in the exhaust. By the way you bought a header

what kinda car you have? and im assuming you have a V block seeing as you have headers.

you must have dont that v6 or v8 swap in your ef.

A Header not some Headers - only one asembly!

What part is it rubbing on the fan? If just the edge of casing possibly whittle it down a bit.
