No. Just use a slightly damp towel to wipe off any dirt.

Yes. And if you choose to use some type of cleaner and protectant, use 303 Aerospace Protectant instead of armor all or whatnot. I've used it on my Accord dash and it's great. Offers TRUE uv protection and isn't all shiny and greasy like you'd get from armor-all. I've used a LOT of products and 303 is the ****.

Number one it's greasy and actually attracts grime to it because it's sticky. And it feels funky on your fingers.
Number two it makes things very shiny. When the sun is on your dash, it will reflect onto your windshield and you'll lose visibility.
Number three it doesnt do a good job of keeping the materials moisturized and protected like it says it does.
Number three i've had problems with it evaporating and getting this shitty residue on my windshield.
Check out 303 aerospace protectant, it's not pricey at all.

Not really, it won't wreck anything per se, but you won't be preventing damage over time. Some of the materials in the new Civics don't like cleaning products which might be ruined if you use Armor All. Basically Armor all is a lot of hassle for not much in the results department. Protection doesn't necessarily mean shiny.

I wouldnt go with armor all (maybe the low gloss version). However whats everyones opinion on an interior spray thats just gives a tiny bit of a wet look. Almost like the plastic looks after you wipe it with a damp rag. I tried meguirs quick interior detailer but some parts of my plastic especially on the upper parts of my door still looks a little "ashy".
Yea that's another thing, with armor all I used to get 'splotchy' finishes or 'overspray' marks where little droplets were sprayed and they are VERY ugly. Something less obvious is always better. low gloss is an improvement, but i've used several products from different brands and I stand by 303.
