Default smoking white

hello need help i just rebuilt my my b16a2 and i notice that im having a little white smoke coming from the exhaust its not black or grey its white and i notice that white smoke is coming from my radiator cap also ...i have a new thermosat too the car runs great..great power...alot of people say it might be the head gasket? but why would that cus smoke from the radiator cap also...the smoke comes and gos...i notice it was gone for a while then came back? what should i do? could it be my rings? maybe i mixmatch the 2 small coulant hoses in the back of block? i smell coulant tho? not oil buring? please advise me..

Seems like it might be a HG issue. I just went through this with my stock EG.
