will the stock mounts fit on racing bucket seats. or could you modify them to fit..

 

I recommend going ahead and buying the base and adapter...but, I know that's not what you're asking. If you have the tools to take the rivets out of the mounts for your stock seats, yes, you could make it work. Well, they would have worked for the seats I bought. Just spend the $75 and get the mounts.

 

They won't just bolt right in, and it can be a pain to make them work. Just buy the base bracket.

got my base through wedge engineering. I have to get a sparco adaptor in order to mount my sidemounts correctly.
