Default Exedy Flywheel

Does anyone know how much Exedy flywheels weigh?
and what about toda? any difference in quality?
I've heard good things about the toda and that there is no problems with it.. but what about the exedy does it have any known problems with the starter teeth

Hmmm....sounds familiar ...retail around $430, can usually be had for $310 shipped, or if you have a really good hookup $287 shipped

They weigh 4.1 kg.

Get Spoon instead cuz they are the lightest (no holes) chromoly flywheel on the market.

Clutchmaster flywheels are Fidanza flywheels.

Fisanza makes them look pretty for them.

The Toda flywheel is 4.1kg and it has better weight distribution than spoon, so even though the weight is the same, it responds very differently.

Why do you say the spoon has worse weight distribution?

..... I just put on toda clutch and flywheel recently. Better than stock.

Next time, I'll try the lightest flyweel I can get my hands on (~6lbs).

I'd suggest you do the same for the $.....

i think if you are more into road courses/auto X, then lighter is better. but for drag, I think u need to have a little more rotating mass for torque off the line. something to that affect, from what ive heard. im by far no expert.

that makes sense, but really it should be an advantage b/c you have to rev a little higher to start off the line. that's fine b/c you are closer to being higher (where these motors make power) in the redline.

Anyone EXPERIENCE a downside to a light flywheel on a honda motor?
