what mods is needed for a eg SOHC vtec with preferably a JRSC to break into the 14.3-14.7 mark?

Default what mods is needed for a eg SOHC vtec with preferably a JRSC to break into the 14.3-14.7 mark?

anyone? no engne swaps or turbo. i dont wanna sacrifice reliability of the motor. this will be daily driven street car.

FMU, Larger pulley for JRSC, maybe larger injectors. You could even get a MSD BTM, but you really just need to retard the timing. You won't need any work done to the bottom end, since you'll only be pushing about 50% over stock.
