Default Pulley issues

Hi did a search didn't find anything. I have AEM pulleys in my car. It came with it when I bought it. Just wondering if the reason why my battery isn't being charged at idle is because of the pulleys or my alternator. When I'm running or reving the engine the battery starts to charge. I did a test and the volts go up when reved but as soon as I'm at idel which is below 1000rpms the volts drop below 8 volts. Could it be the pulleys or my alternator going?

ITR alternator is weaker than other integras to begin with, adding under drive
doesnt help any. But i would think the alt is going bad regardless.

That is pretty much it.
Did the guy you bought it from add a bigger sound system or something like that ? That would amplify the problem also.
