Default Throttle body question

I am currently in the process of accumulating parts for my B16a build. I just want something that I can daily drive in and turn low thirteens in as well. It's going in a '90 Si so the motor doesn't have to be as stout as it would in heavier chassis. Nontheless, I've got an ITR intake manifold Im bolting onto it and well frankly I don't want to put my small TB back on there and restrict the flow.

From what I have been told and found out the ITR opening in the manifold is either 68 or 65 and I was curious if I should just buy one of these or look for a larger mm opening with a taper. I know there are a lot of smart people on this particular forum in honda-tech and I want to know what is best for the setup I plan on building .....

so far I have this planned:

-OBD0-OBD1 conversion:
-cam setup to be detemined (pro 1s or something)
-appropriate valvetrain for cam setup
-thinking about CTR pistons keeping headgasket the same thickness.
-ITR intake manifold
-throttle body I end up deciding on
-2.25-2.5 mandrel exhaust
-some form of high end header to be purchased sometime this spg. when school lets out.

Im leaving out quite a few things in the build process, but that is the gist of what you all would need to know I suppose. thanks for the assistance.

I've seen that option. Im probably going to opt for buying a used ITR throttle body.

I was looking to get more of a reply on the subject of tapering and learn from some of the poeple who I know can help.

What about CTR pistons is "not worth it", They offer a higher compression ratio than my motor as opposed to the ITR pistons. As far as detonation is concerned, 93 octane plus abounds in my locale.

I don't mean to sound a smartellic by any means, I would just like to know why I should do something as opposed to doing it becuase someone thinks I should.

heaviest of all B series pistons.

i have been using civic type r pistons in my build for over a year now and i have over 30k on the engine the pistons have an even golden brown burn on it so i know they are burning good. I love these pistons, i say go with them.
