Default Won't start after CV Axle replacement

I replaced my passenger side CV Axle today and replaced a small amount
of transmission fluid with DEX3 and now the car won't start. It
cranks and sounds like it wants to start but it doesn't turn over.
Could it be from too much transmission fluid? It's a tiny bit over
the top of the operating range on the dip stick.

I guess what my question is, would it prevent the vehicle from
starting by having too much transmission fluid?

Thanks for your help.

Do you have any other ideas? I'm really at a loss for what the problem is.

No, I had it attached. I'm not sure what was preventing it from turning over. It started once and sputtered out so I went ahead and sprayed some starter fluid and with a little more persistence it finally turned over. I really have no idea why, I never have a problem starting otherwise. Hopefully it's not an omen of anything to come
