Default Short cluch pedal movement?? Help?

I just got the master and slave cylinders on the clutch of my 96 GSR replaced and the fluid bleed. But now... my pedal doesn't spring back as high as it used to before the mechanic replaced everything. Is this normal? Should I keep driving like this? Is there a way I can adjust how high the pedal returns?

rebleed it, takes like 10 mins, maybe he did a lazy job of the bleeding. double check to make sure the new mcc and scc's actually look NEW.
