How did it fit? Did it cover the metal brackets ( on the floor board) used to hold the old arm rest? Look carefully at this picture, what is the red line showing through the carpet on the right of the console? Will I have a cut in the carpet showing through?

I personally think it looks ugly, because the e-brake is just too long. It's completely unnecessary, because if you're going for race you won't have any console/plastic there in the first place.

Oh, and the red line sticking through the carpet is on the left of the ebrake, unless you're talking about something different from the little rip that the sheetmetal is showing through.

You idiots. That armrest is fully functional.

If you notice the JDM DC2-R has the modified Recaro SRDs which are rather wide. The armrest had to be removed for it to fit, so therefore this piece came about.

I love MY arm rest..not diggin the jdm one though...reminds me of an eg or ef hatch center consel. Where else would i rest my arm? on my gf's *****? lol

i like my armrest too --- it holds alot of **** as well....i dont see why one would waste the time honestly

 

Naw this is just GayDM. why would you want to get rid of the armrest?? It would only make sense if you had teh recaros and the armrest is gettin in your way
