Ok so to start off I have a 88 civic wagon. gota 95 sohc mpfi turbo. Anyways, I was wiring up my turbo timer and it worked fine everything was great. I didnt like the position the turbo timer was so I moved it wired it all back up and it didnt work right. Everytime I turned the key the car would shut off. So fightin wit it for an hour trouble shooting everything over n over. Figured nothing out. So i turned it on off how many times, then I finally gave up I went to start the car to turn the heat on (mad cold out) and all the sudden it didnt start sounded like it was grounding out or the battery was dead and all the sudden there was smoke coming form under the dash i guess or steering column. So I thought i screw something wit the starter. but found out battery was low on juice due to that it was in the back seat. I start the car now and it has a misfire it never had, and when i turn my left blinker on it barely blinks in the dash and the tacometer goes with the blinker. like it goes on tac goes to 2000 goes off down too 1000. Its weird. I tore up all under the dash ripped off all wire loom tape etc. Found nothing. I kno something got burnt and melted. Im completely lost on where to start. Anything in the fuse box I could check? I ripped that out looked good no wires screwed up. MAybe someone could pin point me towards where to look. I checked about 60% of the wires under the dash and gave up before I was about to take the dash out. But obviously if the blinker is screwing wit the tach its gotts be effin the dizzy up to. Help me out where to look for wires.. Thnx
