where can i buy a d17 from? i cannot find one web site that sells the motor and tranny. im pretty sure myne is going to blow up. it misfires like crazy. sometimes its only running on 3 cylinders. shakes like an earthquake when it idles. so since i am pulling out my b18 out of my crx.. im pretty sure i can do this dinky little SOHC swap. few wires unplug . take out mounts and then pull motor and drop new one in. easy as that right? haha anywho. anyone know where i can get one. and wats the price range?

before you swap it i would recommend switching the spark plugs and check your a/f ratio. that might solve your problem.

 

how would i go about checking my A/f ratio? the idiots at honda. where my warranty is at.. checked the plugs kuzz the check engine light code said missfire on sparkplug 3. all they did was cleared the code and said if it happenes again come back. i paid 60 bucks for them to do that.
