the only sleeve over that i could recommend is ground control, it's around 315 shipped, eibach make their spring and you can get it customized. vtecvoodoo here sells them straight from eibach or something.
depends what is your budget and goal, for daily driver that never see any track, coilover is a waste. a good spring and damper is perfect for that application, plus most coilover is firm as hell, it's very hard on rouge road and such.
one last thing you want to really found out is the rebuild, most coilover will have a shorter service life than most damper on mildly lowered spring. for example, some of the tein coilover can only be rebuilt in their japanese depot, which adds 200 dollar and a month of down time.

My friend has an 00 accord dropped 2 inches on Megan Racing, stock shocks, stiff that's all i can say, he had it dropped the full 3 inches or whatever, and it was unbearable to talk in the car because your head kept hitting the roof on every bump. I wouldn't suggest them. I am running Tein S-Tech with KYB GR-2 ( Id suggest AGX ) but I have 2 finger gap in the front, tire tuck in the back ( heavy stereo ).
Yeah sure. http://www.cardomain.com/id/civicex97
