Default obd0-obd1 dizzy question

ok i got everything for the upgrade ie: ecu, ecu jumper harness, dizzy, but no dizzy jumper. is it possible to get the obd1 engine harness "grey ones" dizzy connectos and just repin the stock crx obd0 pins to the new obd1 dizzy connector, so as to plug into the obd1 dizzy?.....

All you have to do is de-pin the obd1 dist and put the round obd0 plug onto the obd1 dist then you can plug in in just like stock and look like obd0 to most peoples eyes
