running vtec all the time

Is there a way to program my computer to do this? for track only situatuions. I know with out this modification, I will be in the "non vtec" mode for a few seconds.

or if anything will this improve times and speed in a 1/4 mile?

nah i dont think so. vtec relies on oil pressure. if you really wanted this look into some vtec "killer" cams, but its not recommended for daily driving
