is there a clutch master cylinder that pulls insted of pushing

We don't have a clutch master cylinder, but almost all I know of push (basics of fluid flow). Check the Wilwood or Tilton catalogs if you are up to some interesting project.

if i can git a small pull type i can put a hydro trany in my car with out the cable.
i need the pull type because the ef pedal pulls not push

Well you could weld up the master cylinder on the other side so it's still pushed
