K&N filter for D15 engine?
Anyone here use the factory drop in K&N filter air filter replacement in their 88-91 Civic sedans?
Was there any noticeable power gains that would make it worth the $60 bucks that they're selling them for in the store?
Thanks

THE ONLY PLACE THAT YOULL NOTICE A POWER DIFFERENCE IS IN HIGHER ELEVATIONS. HOWEVER, IF YOU THINK ABOUT THE FACT THAT YOULL NEVER HAVE TO REPLACE IT AGAIN, I THINK IT MIGHT BE WORTH THE MONEY... YOU MIGHT ALSO TRY A SHORT RAM INTAKE WITH AN OPEN ELEMENT FILTER... THATS WHAT I USED TO RUN!
i managed to get a K&N filter from a local race shop for 42 bucks.
I'm in Canada hence why the air filters are more money. I can't believe the local auto shops here charge liks 68 bucks for 1!

I try to stick one in all of my cars, and my butt-dyno likes. Besides, the drop in K&N For the D15B2 is only $35.78 at Nopi.
