How to remove the lamp from the housing?

CHOP OFF MY HEAD(lamps)
alright i'm back... but this time i really need you guys!
i took off the grill trying to get some new TYC lamps in my 03. but the effin things won't budge. Now my hood is popped... there are screws everywhere and the headlamp is just sittin there...!
can anyone help me... I need to know how to remove the lamp from the housing..

this might help. you just gotta look all around for the bolts to the headlights. theres 2 on top one on the side and one underneath i hope that helps
