removing stickers

hey guys i need to remove my inspection sticker to replace it and was wondering the best way to remove it?

Box Cutter razor blade , in reality though the auto-parts store sale specialized handles for attaching razor blades too so you can remove stickers.

spray windex on it let it soak in a little then use the razor blade makes it real easy...

they have a specialty spray, it's called sticker shock or something like that.
