Default h22a turboing, help me!

I'm currently in the process of turboing my h22a, heres what I've picked up so far..

NOTE: Items are used, so I'm asking what I should replace for it.
greddy turbo kit w/ ic
greddy bov
greddy turbo timer
oil/boost/af gauge
3in blacktrax dp w/ electronic cutout
Aem fuel rail w/ rc 550cc injectors
skunk2Pro Intake manifold
greddy emanage ultimate
voodoo vacuum manifold
msd sci

well so far I've gotten a new gasket for the tb, and header, I know I'll need some new hoses for the oil return stuff, and plan to do 2.5in custom piping all around and i'm going to also do a custom exhaust. do I need a new gasket for the intake manifold? they weren't in stock when i went to my honda dealer and i didn't want to order it. I would basically like to know what I should replace on the used intake manifold and used turbo kit.. everything looks pretty decent and in working order.

anyway, since the stock tb is 60mm and the pro im has a 64mm inlet, should I invest in a bigger tb, and if so is there any benefit of going over 64mm on a tb like 73-74mm?

next, should I get a boost controller? If so what kind? I only want to boost 7 or 8 pounds daily, maybe 11 or 12 on a different map, and I plan to have it tuned shortly after install. I'm wondering if I should get a larger tb, because I dont want to spend a lot of money on tuning then add things later on (taking it to fftec). this is basically gonna be a stock engine setup for daily driven use

to make it a little easier...
1. What do I need to replace before installing my Intake manifold
2. What do I need to replace before installing my turbo
3. Should I get a bigger TB before tuning
4. Do I need an after market fuel pump
5. Boost controller, do I need one? Whats good?
6. I want to get the Boomslang pnp obd1 harness, but they have options for air/water, knock/water, knock/air, or dual knock.. which one would benefit me more?

If anyone is interested in helping I can take pictures of the stuff if that would help, just let me know what you need to see, thanks for any help
