For SALE: 2 sets-15"x7.5" Rota Slipstreams-FLAT BLACK and Gun Metal
are these really 7.5" ? i thought they only made 6.5 and 7". what size and brand tires were you running?
yeah but thats on a 16 right?, I looked at the website and the biggest they make in the 15in size is 7.0 If they do make some in 7.5 for 15. i think i might pick these up then
They do make a 15x7.5 and 15x8 in both 4x100 and 5x114.3mm. I set up a special order for the 15x8s a long time ago. I'm still trying to sell more (in either size or bolt pattern) due to a bunch of people cancelling.
If you want a set, let me know!

Replied.
The 15x7.5s are 13.5 like Jack Black said, and IIRC, the 15x8s are right around 14.5 lbs.

I think Larry @ Endyn is running that same size tire on a 15x8 rim but he had to flare the fenders on his EF.

I'm gonna try a similar setup on my EG, Larry's my inspiration. He had to flare with those eenie weenie EF fenderwells, but for EKs and EGs, there shouldn't be any major problems.

that sounds like a pretty solid idea.

I know its the JDM set up but why in the hell do you think you need to run that set up???
It has been tested over and over again that the Hankook tire has too much void area and is below the Falken RT615 in grip. Plus you are opening up a whole can of worms with running a 205 in a 6.5" wheel in the rear. The rear is going to have a lot of side wall flex while the front will have very little. IMO that set up is going to be very inconsistent. Plus with a staggered set up you cannot rotate your tires.

well i they don't have a small enough front sway bar for my ek cx, so i have a 24 mm up front and a 22 in the rear, i have a lot of understeer, and try as i might with "tuning" with the tires, i believe it would be easiest to run a larger contact patch up front to counteract the understeer, also, with sway bars on both ends, i don't have to run as much negative camber caz the bars help the positive gain in camber to a minimum, also i can still take the tires off and "rotate" them to the other side, im just thinking that for my goal of 1.00 g's with street tires, the 205-50-15 azenis won't provide enough for me

You are trying to tune with tires because you don't have two parts that are relatively inexpensive????? Change your sway bars first. And if you want a serious discussion by a lot more people make a separate post about it.
