Default overheating problem

im new on honda tech and i know this is a sick story but i need help. i have a 94 civic coupe with a gsr on it, i had a radiator that i got from a b16, im not really good with naming parts, but the hose on the top side of the radiator coming from the engine gets fat, it over heated on me. i was told to change the radiator to an aluminum one so i got a fluidine one put it on and the problem still there. it doesnt over heat untill i drive it for about ten to 20 minutes. if anybody has had this problem or knows something on it i would really appreciate it. thanx
