Default EK HB Exhaust Fit EJ6 Coupe?

I'm looking at picking up the Buddy Club Spec II exhaust and the place I'm ordering it through has it for the 96-00 Hatch only. I'm wondering if this exhaust will fit or what I'll have to do to make it fit.

I wasn't going to ghetto fab. I was told that the EG9 exhaust would fit the coupe and I was unsure if the EK9 would so I asked. Buddy club didn't show a coupe exhaust on their site so I wasn't sure.

i was the one that told you that, buddy club didn't make a model for the coupe, but coupe EJ1 exhaust fits coupe EM1, coupe EM1 exhaust fits 96-00 sedan and other 96-00 coupes, and EJ1 exhaust fits 92-95 sedans, therefore all sedan and coupe exhausts are the same, EG9 spec 2 or 96-00 sedan spec 2 will fit, they're the same thing

Hatchbacks are always a little shorter due to body aesthetics I believe. Total car length is usually a few inches shorter.

^^ yes that is true, the hatchback is shorter in length so the exhaust has to be shorter, so no the hatchback exhaust won't work on your coupe, not even the tip! sorry, like they said above, buy the right one
