A 1998 Champ White ITR with a jackson racing supercharger got towed into my dealership service department yesterday. It has California tags, and the rear bumper is all beat up.

Obvious that someone tried to steal it- igntion wires and alarm wires are all torn out.

Im just curious to see if the owner is on this board.

I think we need more info on the car and location, but unfortunately that puts it at risk. Is there a badge # that you can see on the arm rest?

ALthough the badge number could have been changed in since it was stolen.

 

i dont really want to give away the exact location of my dealership- as we have had a rise in theft on our lot over the last year. all i can say is that the dealership is in Maryland.

i will record the center console badge # and the vin when i go to work tomorrow and post it up for ID.

i was surprised to see a rare 98 at our dealership, as we only see a few type-R's in our shop- and sadly to say, the ones that do come in are pretty riced out. this one actually looks pretty clean except for the rear bumper being all scratched up.

Being that your location is in your sig I imagine it shouldn't be too hard to find the ONE or TWO dealerships in your area

 

So do you have any info to share yet...even the last 4 digits of the vin?

I sent you a pm, have they figured out what they are doing? Are they repairing the car?

People who make posts like this are the reason Honda-Tech has gone downhill. Don't post something if you aren't going to actually follow through.

 

Theres only 1 Honda dealership in Rockville Maryland and thats where i get my parts from...The Acura dealership is in Bethesda or the other one in Gaithersburg
