Default ferrea valves too soft?

I removed the cylinderhead, and I have seen that 2 valves are bent on the top. The valves didnt hit the pistons. Anyone ever had these problems?

ferrea 20º Super Flo. 1 mm oversize valves
zex valve springs

b16a2 tb
d16a6 block
76mm p29 pistons
walbro 255lph
testpipe
fidanza 7lbs flywheel
dc2 catback
comptech header
tuned p28 ecu

max rpm is 7500

Are they mushroomed? It sounds like the valve was not properly heat treated. That location expiriences very high stress and it needs to be much harder than the rest of the stem. Some companies actually spin weld a harder material on for the top.

I have the problems with 3 valves, and dont think the heat threating is the problem

If the lash was too large than this could happen. But that would have been a noisy head.
