Default Should I buy this itr...?

My friend is try to sell his 97 itr, I am thinking about to buy it as my daily car since it is a pretty good deal (It is roughly around 10k usd, it only has 130k km and it had a clean title ) and leave my yellow one @ home

however, there are few things on that itr really bugging me tho

1.From the Carproof BC report(that's for Canada, specially for BC), it got few small claims on it and it is no big deal. BUT there was a collision estimate from insurance company back in 2002, they estimated the damage as a total lost and it didn't have any detail on it
2. the rpm tech doesn't work, my friend took the dash apart and he couldn't find the plug for the rpm tech...?!?!
3. A/C doesn't work because the pulley on A/C compressor is seized

I went to check out the car last night but it was dark...well, i am going to test drive it and check it out carefully today

anyway, if the car drives good and nothing else wrong with it...
do you guys think i should go for it or it is no go ... ?

Sounds like a good deal for a 97, especially with 130k km. I would probably get it if I would be you
