Mild brake upgrade question/discussion/write up
So I've been putting off some major brake maintainance on my '90 CRX Si for a while. However with a failing master cylinder and front and rear squealers making noise constantly i've decided to finally brake down (pun/incorrect spelling intended) and fix everything at once.
Parts I'll be using"
-'91 EX MC
-Ford Motorsports brake fluid.
-Slotted rotors
-Hawk HPS pads
-zip tied brake lines (ghetto!)
If anyone is interested I'll be willing to take pictures and document everything to make a write up. I have done countless brake jobs at a shop and i know the correct way to do it.
Let me know if anyone is interested, and i'll do a writeup

Imo change out the slotted rotors for some blanks *brembo*. Write ups never hurt if you've worked at a shop im' sure you know what you are doing and adding this to the FAQ can help alot of people as the pad/rotors is pretty common for all us.
go for it man

OK....the timing belt tensioner locked up and burnt up the t-belt. Got all of the new parts to replace it. I guess i'm holding onto this A6 for a while.
Look for the brake writeup in a week or two.
