Default Is this car a good deal?? '96 SE w/ 68000

So I went and looked at this integra today, and I have good feelings about it. It's a '96 SE, green with tan leather. Only 68000 miles. Manual. Seller wants $5500 for it.

Comes with:
-eibach sportlines
-skunk2 camber kit
-generic header, exhaust
-generic SRI
-cd player and rockford subwoofer
-17" silver wheels w/ polished lip

The car looks very, very clean and well maintained. He claims he bought it from a girl that went to FSU, 2nd owner. The only thing that has me worried is the fact that it has been in a small collision, and the front right panel was repainted, and new bumper put on.

How can i check to make sure there wasn't any frame damage from the crash?

Anyways, is this too much to pay for this car?? KBB lists private party value at 5455, so it seems right on the money. Any comments, suggestions would be appreciated! I can't wait to be driving a teg again.

I think if you look around you can find something cheaper. However, it does have low miles, fairly stock so prolly not to much stress on motor. See if he has all maintenance records, etc on it. Try and talk him down - but it seems like a good car.
