alright I have my head tore apart trying to replace the LMAs in my B16, how the hell do I get those f*ckers out of there? and if I have to remove the rocker arms, how do I go about doing that? I took the end caps off already but it does not seam like they will just slide out. Thanks

 

you don't have to completly remove the rocker arms,you can flip them up to remove each lma.
