Default thread #1: TWM shift bushings

i want to get the TWM type-r shift **** and SS kit, but i was wondering what the optional bushing kit does? does it make a huge difference/is it worth the money to buy them? tia

"The 2006 Honda Civic short shifter is also available with optional billet aluminum bushings to provide a more solid contact point between the shift assembly and lower mounting point to remove unwanted flex or play in the stock shifter. These bushings retail for $24.95 plus shipping when purchased alone, however they can be added for only $19.95 when purchased together with the short shifter."
