RLD-Fab S2000 Turbo Project
No air filter for you! lol
looks good. Any pics of the inside of the header from the turbo flange? Looks like the tube going to the flange is twice as big as the inlet of the turbo.

Thanks Tony , and yes it is slightly larger than the opening by about 3/32'' all around , the turbo flange has the turbonetics style opening wich is slightly larger than a standard one , I think boost control should be good do to the way I positioned the wastegate , The turbo is a gt35r btw looking for around 400whp
You can usually get quite a bit of taper out of the turbine flange since it's so thick. Grind the inside of the flange at an angle to keep the regular t3 opening at the outlet of the flange and taper it towards the tube on the inlet of the flange.
ok will do, we have pull it apart any way to get the turbo housing coated and install the oil filter reloction kit , I will update as the project moves ahead , tune date is april 26th so must be done by then for Evans

there is tons of room to under the manifold so it will drop down behind the turbo and then over , I will have more pics as the project moves ahead ,
are you keeping the battery and fuse box there?
edit: just saw you are coating the manifold, will that drop temps enough not to harm the fusebox and battery?

Yes , we dont need to coat the manifold because the stock heat sheild fits back in with some minor mods
